Enotes 2
Enotes 2 is a simple encrypted note creator and reader. I originally created this for Pocket PCs but this one is for a PC.
This provides a way to save information safely. All files are encrypted with 256 bit AES encryption. It is a good place to store such things as Credit Card numbers, pins, logins, passwords, etc.
There are many such programs for Pocket PCs and other types of computers but they all get too fancy and force you to enter data in specific ways. This is just a text tool. No fields to enter, no images, ink, sound or other forms of data.
When you first run the program you will be presented with Admin screen...
Enter a password here. It has a maximum of 32 characters
Once you enter your password and save it you will be presented with the login screen...
If you successfully login the main screen (above) will be displayed.
Just type the data you want to save. The first line of the text will be the default file name, just like Notepad.
But you can change it before saving.
Clicking open goes to the default location to allow you to open a previously saved file.
